1. Advance Payments

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the design process has started.

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, partial refund may be considered.

2. Project Cancellation

• If a client cancels after design work has started, no refund will be issued.

• If we are unable to complete the project due to internal reasons, a proportional refund may be issued.

3. Revisions

We provide limited revisions as agreed at the time of project confirmation. Additional revisions may be chargeable.

4. Digital Products

Since we provide digital services and products, refunds will not be issued after final files have been delivered.

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
